About Inger Winther
Inger Winther is a painter and graphic designer. Inger Winther has exhibited in Denmark and abroad and
carried out art and educational projects in the Nordic countries.
As project leader for The Church School Service, Inger Winther has arranged exhibitions at The
Cathedral and made illustrations for The Bible Society.
Themes have often been related to biblical texts whereas this exhibition is based on personal experience. The
etchings revolve around the devastating grief and loss that we suffer when we loose someone dear to us and to whom
we are connected.
